VOLUNTEER CORDINATOR(VOLUNTARYx2)

The Role
We are looking to recruit volunteers with healthcare background who are energetic  to oversee the management and development of the various community projects that we run as a church including our hearing clinic.
Essential requirements:
· Demonstrable experience in supervising volunteers including healthcare.
· Experience working in healthcare environments planning and running practical outdoor volunteer community activities
· Experience in writing risk assessments, and assessing/addressing health and safety risks
· Excellent verbal and good written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience of working within a team environment
· Good organizational / admin skills and attention to detail
· Good IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office
· Ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks. Good time management skills and ability to work autonomously
· Flexible in terms of working times (role will include some weekend working)
